Inflatable Boat--need help

I want an inflatable boat that is Coast Guard
Certified--can hold eight people, and is capable
of mounting a trolling motor.

The game warden is stating that it has the be
coast guard certified--does that mean NMHA
(Natl.Mariners something or other) does NMHA
mean that is coast guard certified.

Any websites will be useful. Please reply to my message if you have any
answers.
