This is the boat of a local radio personality "Salty Brine" who passed away
a few years ago.
When he was announcing school closing due to snow. he would always say "No
school Foster, Glocester"
in a certain excited tone. Foster and Glocester were always closed when it
snowed, this was his famous phrase
around here.
