Entourage 2008 for iMac was used to post these files. Entourage like all MS
crap has tendency to crash on a daily basis, whilst the iMac never does.
Also, when MS engineered Entourage, they didn't bother to provide the tool
to combine multipart images. Of course they have to cut costs to Bill Gates
doesn't go broke.
