There was a former Russian submarine parked at New Westminster a few years
ago. It did not sell rides but seemed to attract a stream of visitors but
obviously not enough as it is no longer there

The same thing happened here in St. Petersburg, Fla. with a Russian Sub.
It might even have been the same one.
