I'm sure she was disposed of and sitting who knows where or scrapped . Nikon 995 3.4 MP ( Images can't be enlarged very much. ) Interesting. My observations here at *my*canal is that the Corps gives their vessels local names. The Corps used to have a tug up here and most of the land cut of the Cape Cod Canal passes through the Town of Bourne, Massachusetts. I need to look through my old pictures to see if she's the tug that used to be here. Bob Please do Bob. An old boat friend of mine pointed out that she may have been decommissioned shortly befor this image because most of the ACOE tugs had an ACOE emblem on the stack and they flew an ACOE flag which this guy does not have either.. But , Corps of Engineers is painted under the name on the stern. Who knows ? Lee |
