NL - 5th of December tradition Sinterklaas - File 1 of 4 - sinterklaas-1-1.jpg (0/1)
Ah well, today is the 5th of December, so I thought it might be interesting
to post Sinterklaas on his boat. He usually arrives by his steamship around the last week of november. 5 december is his birthday and on the 6th of december he leaves the Netherlands for his rsidence in spain.. More info on Sinterklaas: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sinterklaas And an intersting explanation about Sinterklaas and Santa Claus for the non dutch readers: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sinterk..._Claus.2C_and_ Christmas |

Who's right? Yours? If my right, the tall or shorter? I was 8 when we left Holland for the US but I still have many memories ... Jeroen Sj The one with the green/black outfit. So for the viewer on the right, but for Sinterklaas on his left.. |
