No Ice Here - USCG Thunder Bay downbound from Lock3 2012-03-22 #2029.jpg

The 140' icebreaking tug (WTGB108) Thunder Bay of the US Coast Guard
is seen downbound from Lock 3 of the Welland Canal on Canal opening
day March 22 2012. It was a quiet winter for Thunder Bay assigned for
the winter to the Great Lakes.

Lock 3 is in St Catharines Ontario Canada.
