I'm afraid that a lot of harbours will refuse "Tres Hombres" coming
in without an engine aboard.

They will probably use a small boat to push her when in harbor. Just
a guess.

Maybe the need tugs.

Joevan is right,

they use a small boat to push her when there's no wind to get into the
harbour. Otherwise they wait out the wind.

Those small boats were called yawl boats in Maine.
