Default (Donzi / Formula) Aronow hull design question?

Can anyone offer information on a 1970 17' Formula hull design? The
lines look very similar to a 16'/18' Donzi. Although the hull looks
like a Donzi the cockpit design is a walk through bow rider. I was
told that this model was sold by Formula from the mid to late 60's
till around 1970. This is definately not the same as the F18 (?) model
that Formula.

I know Don Aronow had a hand in both companies and was wondering how
similar these boats' performance might be? Does anyone know anything
about this Formula model? I'm most interested in Handling
characteristics #1, Performance #2 and #3 Value. Hull condition is
fair, power is an original 165hp Mercruiser i/o in fair to good
condition. I've never seen this model before and I'm wondering if they
might not have sold well because they didn't handle or perform well?

Any information that could be offered is much appreciated.

Thanks.
