I understand that the sight is being overwhelmed with hits and is having
trouble keeping up with demand as this was posted to other racing sights
also. If anyone that want's to see this and can't get on the sight please
email me and I will email you the files as I have down loaded them.

First thing is to use your right to vote before it's gone.
Second - dissolve the SEA-TAC plan
Third - put control back in the hands of the members.

The New York Judges ruling is now posted. I suggest all APBA members read
the transcripts from the proceedings along with the ruling as it goes into
great detail about the confusing nature of everthimg that has been going

on
in the organization. I the transcripts the judge recognizes themembership
was not informed properly as to the nature of the changes that were to

take
effect and that as a membership organization the members need to be

informed
and involved in the running of the APBA. I also suggest all APBA members

to
attend the annual meeting scheduled for Feb 2004 in Milwaukee to voice

your
opinions and idea's for the future of APBA as a whole.

I believe that the licensee's need a voice on the BOD but not one for each
license as with the other categories they elect one category chair to the
BOD to represent all categories the same should be done for the licensee's,
one board member to represent all the licensee's. This way it doesn't matter
how many categories are licensed they will only have one vote equal to the
remainder of the unlicensed categories. The other BOD members will be
elected by the members as a whole.

1 item I think
needs to be on the agenda is if a licensee is in default of their

contract
of which there are only 2 right now does that mean that we could have 1
licensee that has 3 board seats and might represent less than 20

members?
Just my $ .02.

My $.02 ? Licensees should have NO seats on the board of directors. When
was the last time a vendor held a seat on a corporate board ??? If you
owned a company, would you like your suppliers calling the shots ?
