GREAT DEAL on this sloop...

This is a 1982 Tanzer 27. Her topsides and deck show very little wear. She has
a good main, one jib and a genoa. She is the centerboard version. Her original
inboard engine was removed in favor of an outboard, which is in great shape
(Mercury 9.8). Since these boats had the outboard as a possible option, her
sailing performance falls within design parameters with Main, Jib, Genoa . Her
interior looks good and her systems are operational. She has a furling system
and basic electronics. She can sleep 4/5 people and the quarter berth is huge.
