12' Wooden - lapstrake sailing/rowing boat! Ya gotta see this!

Asking $1,500 with trailer, OBO

The boat is solidly built, with a wooden spar, cat rig style that mounts at
the stem of the boat. Includes spar and like-new sail, dagger board keel,
long tiller controlled rudder, classic style oars VERY solidly built...looks
like it should be on the beach in Maine.

Built approximately 1996 or 1997. (I bought it in '98)
