Default FS: 25' Catalina Pop Top Standard Sloop in N. Florida

This is the ever popular and relatively spacious "Pop Top" model that is
well constructed at a reasonable price and one of the most successful
Catalina 25's ever built. PHRF rating of around 228. Boat is clean and well
maintained, located at private dock.

Accommodations

Spacious V-berth measuring 6'2" in the forecabin with opening hatch that is
20" deep and tapers from 24" to 31". There is large capacity storage under
the berth and a tuck compartment forward of the head compartment. Head has a
Wilcox-Crittenden M.S.D., deep storage and opposite 11" stainless steel oval
sink and additional storage. The head and forecabin have a folding privacy
door. Headroom in the salon is 5' with the top down and 6'3" with the top
raised. There are two opposite settees, the port measuring 5' and the
starboard is 75" and extends to the aft half-berth that is 76" long by 53"
wide. A fold-down bulkhead mount dinette table is on the port side. The
small "L" shaped galley is to port-aft.
