For Sale - Perkins 4-108 and transmission - Cheap

$1000. 750 hours. Needs work, but core should be fine. Trans Atlantic
Diesel gets around $2000 for a 4-108 core, so this should be a real bargain
for someone who wants to either have it remanufactured or get their own
hands dirty.


I can provide more info including report by Deaton's Yacht Service if you
are interested.

Transmission is a Hurth 100 or 150; I will have to check. It has been
submerged and has some silty water mixed with the oil. It was run briefly
in this condition. $200.

What's with that?!

It's going into Lionheart's engine room and connecting to the existing
transmission the first week in December....
