Unfortunately, many on the left feel the Constitution is outdated, obsolete
and in need of being rewritten to reflect more of the "social welfare"
principles they subscribe to.

There is a way to change the Constitution and identified in Article V.
We've done it 17 times in these past 219 years. And, it only took 203
years to get the 27th amendment passed.
