Obama needs to learn a bit of political diplomacy in terms of how he
announces and describes some of his incentives. He recently indicated a
proposed educational program concept as being "mandatory".
Words like that are going to cause him some grief. He's an elected
official, not a king.

Unfortunately, many on the left feel the Constitution is outdated, obsolete
