What's to answer? The question is BS. No one gave Obama $1 billion.
This past week, Obama just surpassed the $188 million the Republicans
spent in 2004. In *total*, including Obama's, McCain's, the DNC, the
RNC, and all the 527s, spending is expected to reach $1 billion for this
Presidential race.
