On GoogleGroups, there is a "more options" that you can hit on a
particular post, that will say "report this message" You click it and
you get something like this.

I find google groups to have a cumbersome interface but I suppose
everyone likes what they get used to. I like the google gmail interface,
though, but a variety of mail servers just plain block email coming from
google because of the spam.
