Looking forward to letting us know what new things you purchased
today. Pics would be appreciated!

Your *childish* posts on this recurring subject you post about reek of
jealousy.

Maybe you should have worked harder during your career. Better yet
started a very successful high tech company.

I don't know what his problem is. He certainly doesn't know me personally.
I think those that do would agree I am not what he tries to project an
image
of and for that I am most satisfied and comfortable. Sometimes people
paint
an image in their minds of others based on assumptions or other personal
influences.

I happened to get lucky... I worked hard, but I loved it. When you enjoy
what you do, you really don't notice how difficult or strenuous a job or
career can be. Until you stop. Then, you look back and say, "Whew!"

Also have been happily married to a wonderful, devoted and interesting
wife
for 39 years. For our generation that's a bit of an oddity. She, in her
unique way keeps life interesting, keeps me young, and hopefully, I
reciprocate in kind. We raised three kids who are responsible, self
sufficient and are now also happily married and raising their own
families.
What else could anyone ask for?

We've given away in gifts or charity about half of what my career rewarded
me with. I think I am entitled to enjoy a few toys and I only talk about
them here because I suspect there are others who, like me, would get a
kick
out of them.

Doesn't matter. He has to be comfortable with himself, as do all of us.

It's part of the pain of taking the news group back.. There may be
others to add to the lists too. You don't have to address these
issues. As to me, I say, keep it up. Your attitude and success is a
happy thing, I like reading about it, even if I get a little jealous
myself sometimes;)

On a good note.. The track if finally open today. Finally get to take
the Mouse out for a ride in familiar area, assuming the track even
looks the same after being closed the last two weeks for rain and
such..

You are right, and this will be the last of my posts on this subject unless
needlessly provoked again.
The problem is that misguided, mean spirited accusations, left unanswered,
take on a life of their own in certain circles in a slanderous way.

The choice is either to occasionally present another POV or simply not
participate at all.

BTW ... nothing wrong with getting a little muddy on the track.

It's nothing but pure jealousy, ignore the idiot. It must be a shame
to feel like such a failure after retirement that you must try to
torment those that have done well.- Hide quoted text -

Apparently Hertvick and Krause can't handle other peoples success or
happiness.

You don't have to justify yourself to anyone. If they can't handle it,
that's their problem.

Please don't feed these trolls.

The funny thing is he is always asking others to post photos. You do,
and he becomes jealous. You can't win, so don't try.

I for one think it is great that you are one of those who seems to
actually enjoys and uses his toys.

The funny thing is that you are always knocking the toys of others but
you won't post photos of the boat you allegedly own, or discuss any of
its details.

Liar. Except for my initial post to this thread show me where I am
always asking others to post photos.

You have me confused with your buddy Herring.
