Default First Limo Gig

Tonight is my first gig being a chauffeur in the Limo.

Not for hire .... it's a bunch of in-laws and other family members attending
a benefit for a guy with MS.
They have this every year at a local country club and it is always a great
time. We attended last year and the guy for whom the benefit is given is a
hot ticket.

Anyway, somebody got the bright idea that I should cart our family
attendees over in the limo. So, this afternoon I went to Sears and bought
a cheap, plain black jacket, pants, new white shirt, black tie and dug up an
old, black Greek hat that sorta looks like a chauffeur's hat. I didn't
tell anybody in the family about my "uniform". They all got a good belly
laugh as I picked them up at their respective houses.

Gotta leave in about half an hour to go pick them up and deposit them back
at their homes.

I don't think this is a good second career though. You have to stay up too
late.

Good for you!

Aren't you sorta running out of people that you approve of here?

Maybe you should call it a night, go to bed and sleep it off, eh?

Oh, oh.. Better hope JamesGang and Wayne don't see this post.. Lucky
you didn't clearly mark it as "OT" like I did mine Come to think of
it, I didn't notice their outrage when my last two "boating posts"
were marked as "no content" by another judgemental poster either..
curious...

Anyway, I have no problem with your post, just with some of the
hypocrites here. Glad to hear you are having fun with your new toy, I
don't dare mention our new toy, don't want to **** anybody off....
Rant off...

And then there's the puke and other messes to clean up. Get a lift kit,
supercharger, and add 4WD instead.
