She insisted on that car - chick car. Her money - mostly. --Vic Forgive me if this story is a repeat. Can't remember if I told it here before. Comes with the territory, if you know what I mean. My wife is a Lincoln Navigator freak. She's had three (maybe four) of them. The current one is a 2008 model and it calls for premium fuel, according to the owner's manual. Anyway, I was a passenger in it while she drove a few months ago. She was giving me a ride to or from someplace. This was back when fuel prices were climbing daily. As she drove, I noticed that her left directional (blinker) was operating at a very slow cycle compared to the right directional. I mentioned to her that she should check the lights in her blinkers because it appeared that one of them on the left side was probably burned out. Her response? "Oh, is *that* what it is? I noticed it before, but figured it was because I've been using regular gas instead of premium." Not a joke. Eisboch Well....was it the gas or a burned out bulb? 8) |
