We bought a house and 5 acres in Jupiter back in 2001. Later, we bought
another house and similar acreage in the same, gated community. Paid cash
for both.

Yup. Our house was the last that sold in the area for a long, long time.
That was in 2005, about a month after Wilma.

However, we recently had some friends visiting who live in the same gated
community. Builders are still putting up new, large houses.

Yup. Our house was the last that sold in the area for a long, long time.
