38,000 lbs?

Dude... :)

Maybe 170 pounds 200 times, perhaps a reasonable one hour workout. [I
don't really know, I don't pump iron.]

I've never been a weight lifter - bad back (two herniated discs), bad
knees, one really bad ankle and two torn rotator cuffs including a
detached bicep muscle on my right arm.

I'm a freakin' wreck.

But a good looking one. :)

With a 20" transom.

Dude... :)

Yeah! Eleven different exercises, weights ranging from 40 to 160 lbs,
reps
from 35 to 45. All the machines connected to a computer which tracks
everything. The machines even tell you to slow down when necessary. The
system is called Fitlinxx and the machines are all Cybex.

Here's August's data:

Exercise Visits Reps Sets Ave Wt(lbs.) Tot
Wt(lbs.) Form %

Cybex VR2 Ab Crunch 3 115 6 95 10,925 71
Cybex VR2 Arm Curl 3 123 6 40 4,920 92
Cybex VR2 Arm Extension Tricep Extension 3 122 6 50
6,100 85
Cybex VR2 Back Extension 3 119 6 160 19,040 96
Cybex VR2 Chest Press 3 115 6 30 3,450 89
Cybex VR2 Lateral Raise 3 110 6 35 3,850 87
Cybex VR2 Leg Extension 3 118 6 35 4,130 90
Cybex VR2 Row/Rear Delt (Dual Axis) Seated Row 3 123 6 60
7,380 95
Cybex VR2 Seated Leg Curl 3 120 6 55 6,600 94
Cybex VR2 Leg Press 3 117 6 150 17,550 95
Cybex VR2 Torso Rotation 3 122 6 100 12,200 84
TOTALS 33 1,304 66 74 96,145 89

Kinda hard to understand, but that's because of the format.

I got it, but I'm curious.

With that aneurysm, why are your doing ab crunches?

Whoops! Maybe I'd better ask the doc about ab crunches. I don't think I
told the fitness instructor about it when she set up the program.

Thanks for the good eyes!

Good Lord.... the wife can't let you out of her sight for a minute and
you're a danger to someone...even yourself!

Well, there is always the possibility that it will pop.
