What are the gotcha's with this type of boat?

Thinking about buying this '96 bombardier jetboat, twin rotax engines,
guy wants $6450, boat looks nice.

There no traditional transome issues, what do I need to watch out for
with this kind of boat? Compressions test?

I'd have a trustworthy mechanic look at the engines.
My nephew bought one and the engines failed right away. Seems someone
didn't mix oil with the gas. It was a fight but the $1800.00 repair bill
was covered by the selling dealer. (brother-in-law knew him and had bought a
number of new vehicles from him)

The best advice: it's a 10-year-old jetboat. Walk away from it as fast
as possible. It's worthless.
