It's a 9 minute original Flash short called "Rockfish" done in 2004.
For it's time, it was state-of-the-art in Flash animation.

Here you go, and no Googling Can anybody tell me the names of
three bands, all putting out music in the 80's at the same time and
had two word names, both words being the same, and spelled the
same.. I will give you one of the three to get you started..
