Default "Knobs of Death...or Doom...or Whatever..."

....will be at different 'time positions' when heading straight simply
because of the wind direction with regard to the boat's heading.

Figured this out today. Also, the 'time position' will vary depending on
the trim of the boat, or the use of trim tabs to correct trim.

With all this new-found knowledge comes one decision. The friggin' knob is
history. Anyone want one?

What, like a suicide knob? Like they have in some handicapped vehicles?
