all
had one purpose, to make this place as absolutely miserable as possible.
And they succeeded.

What the hell is to be accomplished by telling JimH or HK what everyone
here has known for years? Nothing. All it does is give them more
opportunity to 'wallow in the muck' which they are creating -- with a lot
of help!

Jeeez. Grow the **** up!

Once you've blocked the ones mentioned and those who can't help but engage
them, you'll still have some folks here.

Try it!

Why?

Because most of their posts were responses to folks who just can't
seem to ignore them.

There is one way and only one way to avoid posters you consider trolls.

======== IGNORE THEM ! ! ! ========

You must simply ignore them, and perhaps even more importantly, ignore those
who refuse to ignore them. Plonk the trolls and plonk the people who refuse
to plonk the trolls. That's all there is to it.

Personally, I find trolls to be a good source of amusement and
entertainment. I've been to a few groups where heavy handed moderation was
used and they were the driest, most boring places you can imagine.

So, if your skin is thin, plonk like crazy. Otherwise, enjoy your trolls,
they work hard to keep you on your toes.

hours... See for yourself..

Any newbies should understand that Harry has been doing this to the
group for nearly a decade, nothing new here...

Maybe, in the interest of something constructive, that gaggle of
whining and cat fighting girlie men can man up, however briefly, and
put their writing skills to work in support of:

S. 2766: Clean Boating Act of 2008http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill.xpd?bill=s110-2766

or

H.R. 5949: Clean Boating Act of 2008http://www.govtrack.us/congress/billtext.xpd?bill=h110-5949

It is still needed, for those of you that still care about boating and
can tear yourself away from the ****ing contest long enough......

You know.. I am kind of tired of this "nonboater" moniker just because
I have not been in my boat yet "this season". Hell, I have indeed
built more boats in my life than most of you have stepped on.. Anyway,
we are trying as hard as we can, but with Harry posting an average of
50 troll posts a day here, then going back to another group where he
is protected by a moderator and telling them how bad it is here just
gets folks ****ed off.. Here, see for yourself;
http://groups.google.com/groups/sear...BgW4BNYJCNIIGg
The first 5 pages will show you Harrys contributions in the last 24
hours...
I know you were not talking to me directly, but not everyone lives
boats, or wears a fake anchor earring like my pretentious neighbor in
Essex....

I haven't been as active, either.... what with the State of NC making
me a criminal with trying to tow my boat in the evenings, on holidays,
and on Sunday....

The point is...... I don't care.... and you shouldn't either. If it
isn't something about boats or of any real merit other than a
troll.... from whomever.... ignore, ignore, ignore.....

That's so wrong, on so many levels.....

It's a personal thing, the guy called my boats crap and then sold
his... Only to screw some other builder out of a couple of other
boats... Nothing to do with anyone here.. But yes, I think I can get
back to the ignore again.. Scotty
