I don't like lightening. Mrs.E. thinks it's cool, but having worked
around high voltage for many years and being seriously zapped a couple of
times, I head for the innermost part of the house when it's around.

A guy got zapped by lightening last week in Scituate. He was kayaking or
something. He survived, but received some bad burns in his head and
hands.

We get lighting storms in the mountains at times, but are not that common
here. Except last week. Lots of dry lighting storms. One of the reasons,
we have a state with about 800 fires going. Looks like the midwest sky.
hazy and warm.
