We will be using more nails for the Brockway, the boat is designed to
be built with nails. When used properly and with the right materials,
nails boats are great vessels:

Here is a short essay, while I get started on the Brockway.

Speaking of getting my rock on, pool temp yesterday was 83, just
beautiful. Having some peeps over to swim, quaff a few porters, play
some music, etc.

Yeah, I do like it a little warmer, but in the evenings, it's warmer
than the air.

When Lake Erie gets into the upper 70's it is no longer refreshing on
a hot day.

Do you heat your pool or use a solar cover?

Solar cover here in CT. Extends the season by a few weeks on either
end. Well worth it.

My BIL (when he had a pool) also used a solar cover........a very
efficient way to heat the pool.

Kids.......hell, they will jump into and enjoy splashing in 60 degree
water anyway.

Last weekend it was 62, they were in for nearly twenty minutes... My
wifes side of the family is half fish! Hummmmm, wonder if that is
why Mrs. JW won't eat fish;)

At 62 degrees, I wear a shorty suit while surfing. And that is about the
minimum temp I will use a shorty in. When I used to skin dive and scuba, I
had 1/4 farmer john suit and I still got cold in the 55 degree Pacific.
