I did. I am not the *sheriff*. Dick is now wearing the badge. He
accepted that position tonight and is therefore now open to public
scrutiny, especially when he applies his laws unfairly or ignores the
bandits breaking his laws.

I hope he is a fair and just keeper of the peace.........we will be
watching to make sure justice is maintained fairly here.
