I broke my back when I was 19. And when I pick up a little too much extra weight the back gets bad. Bad hip slips out of place a little and pinches nerves. Need to lose that 20# of winter fat. I also have a very long torso and at 6'4" have muscles that go at some weird angles. Ouch! Reminds me of what my wife once said to me when I was complaining about my bad back, she said my back was good, it was just all the bad things I had done to it. In my case, I think she was right. ;-) Still, I think our evolution has left us with certain body parts that aren't quite up to the task, backs, prostates ... |
