Default Global Warming -- very informative

Roy Spencer is a principal research scientist for University of Alabama in
Huntsville. In the past, he served as Senior Scientist for Climate Studies
at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama. Spencer is a
recipient of NASA's Medal for Exceptional Scientific Achievement. He is
principally known for his satellite-based temperature monitoring work, for
which he was awarded the American Meteorological Society's Special Award.

Not just another right-wing nay sayer.

Most of the thinking world accepts the concept of global warming, a good
majority accepts the idea that man is a heavy contributor to it, and
most believe we can take positive steps to cut back the damage we are
doing to the environment.

We're always had and will have those who believe that the world is flat,
man will never fly, the Titanic cannot sink, and that the death penalty
is justified, but those sorts become nothing more than footnotes of
history.

It always gets me how the most narrow minded always think they are the
most informed.. "Thinking world", don't you mean "lemmings" who would
not dare think for themselves?

If you think you are so informed, then why do you only present one
side of the global warming debate here?

Hey, if you want to sit among those who believe the world is flat, you
go right ahead and "think" for yourself. It won't make the slightest
difference to me.

Has the "temperature" of the Earth ever been higher than it is now? If
yes, why? Did humans cause that warming?

Global warming is a chance for governments to grab more money from the
economic producers of the world.

We're always had and will have those who believe that the world is flat,
man will never fly, the Titanic cannot sink, and that the death penalty
is justified, but those sorts become nothing more than footnotes of

And there are those who believe Al Gore's slide show presents facts.
