Hey, Jim, To the best of my knowledge (as of a few months ago) the "Ranch House" we had is still the last house that has sold in Ranch Colony. We got out in the nick of time, even with the delay caused by "Wilma". Eisboch You do lead a charmed life ;- My values are down from the peak but still up from when I bought. I can wait it out. |
