A local university here includeds the price of a laptop in the fee
structure. You have to pay for one.




I dunno, but there surely is some sort of arrangement. The picture was
taken at the University of Missouri in Columbia, which in my day in that
part of the country was considered *the* bachelor's paradise because of
the number of women at Mizzou and at Stephens College and Christian
College, both womens' schools only back then.
