I had to go to chiropractors for lower back pain. I found out that
45-60 of cardio work relaxed the muscles so i didn't have to go.,

ps - I found if I did that daily, it actually reduced my apatite, so not
only was I increasing my calorie consumption, but it lowered my calorie
intake.

I am taking a medicine for neuropathic pain that causes weight gain. I
quit smoking at the age of 40, smoked for 29 years, and my body fell apart.

No doubt they all will drive their rice burners to the polling places,
vote
for even more socialism, and load it up with red Chinese garbage from

on the way home.

Bush is a fool and a wimp, but he doesn't control the behavior of the
ignorant, lazy masses.
Hi Steve, nice to see you here. Anyway, can you explain why you say
Bush is a Wimp or do we just have another one here looking to play for
applause?
1) Bush holds a war like Kennedy, Johnson and Carter - a police
action to
"look like we care." Never is the word enemy used. We must bring the
"evildoers to justice." Wars take moths; this one took 3 1/2 weeks
until we
adapted meals-on-wheels.

2) He doesn't have the balls to kill irrational BS spending no matter
where
it starts.

3) He refuses to enforce federal law, which is a violation of his oath,

4) He doesn't have the balls to the ignorant masses that THEY control
"the
economy" by their own behavior, because the whining masses might be
offended,

5) He pandered to the older parasitical masses for "senior citizen
prescriptions" to one-up the opposition who promoted the same for years.

He's really the same as, and no more of a man, than Clinton, but with
a less
active social life. He's a pandering wimp, no matter how much the bed
wetters want to ascribe the persona of "far right" on him.

2009 and on will be progressively worse no matter what the outcome.

Bush is not running. Got it?

Ahh, but he is. McCain can't run away from Bush's record or programs.
They are going to be like an anchor around his neck.

McCain's slip of the tongue the other day belies his real political
views. He is a conservative liberal, the words cam out of his mouth so
easy and so well.

What we have is three Liberals, excuse me Progressives running for
President.

Original injury was sitting in a chiar in the living room when I was
feshly 18 years old. I reached across my body to pick up a beer that was
on a table while watching SNL. Pain went up my back and down my leg. Got
progressively worse over the years, 4 years active reserve in the Marine
Corps and then 7 years skydiving didn't help. Then finally in Nov of
2004, I can't tell you what I was doing the wife won't let me but, she
was involved. Ten minutes afterwards and I felt some new twinges. Then
Christmas day of 2004 my crotch went numb, called the doc the next day
and less than 5 hours later I was in surgery.

JimH,

I would like to see the post where I made any comments about your back
or surgery. I don't read all of your posts, and I don't rememeber you
talking about your back or surgery. This is another case of you making
false accussation, sort of like when you accused Chuck of posting your
telephone number and of Harry stalking you and your wife.

This reminds me of when you said "I didn't congratulate your son
personally about his graduation".

I will say, I have never meet anyone who posts more "Woe is me"
stories than you do. "I just don't know if I can take it anymore", my
basement has water in it. "I can't take it anymore" my boat has
mechanical problems. "I will never forget their nasty comments to me"
Oh woe is me.

A few years ago, there were more interesting people here. Now that the
level has been lowered by Reggie and the drones, and most of the
interesting posters have left in disgust over their antics, posting
"clever" here is not worth the second of effort it takes. There are
boating-related and other discussion groups I visit from time to time
for actual discussion. Sadly, rec.boats has become little more than a
hangout for the landsnarks and bottom-feeders like Reggie.

There are few "Reggies" at these discussion groups. Anyone who behaves
as he does simply loses his or her posting access or even the ability to
look and read.

The funny thing is, Harry really doesn't believe he is responsible for
