In my youth I built one of these boats but while in military service my
parents needed the money and had to sell it.

Now at age 71 I want to re-create my youth by building the boat again. I've
built many boats but this one holds special sentiment.

If you know of one anywhere where the owner can take some measurements from
it for me so I can complete the plans, or wants to sell the boat in any
condition, I can either restore it or use it as a pattern.

There are two cabinet makers here in town who restore old Chris Craft
boats. I think one of them has one of these and I know the other has
a whole file cabinet of plans he bought from Chris Craft.

I'll check with them tomorrow when I'm around and about and see if
they can help out.

Can you give me a time frame for when you built it?
