Let me get this straight. This guy, an experianced diver, goes out on a shark diving trip, knowing fully well sharks can be dangerous. He see's the operators baiting the water to attract sharks, which any diver knows can make sharks aggressive, he climbs into the water on his own with the sharks (no one apparently threw him in, no one made him get into the water). And you don't think he was responsible for his own actions. That the captian is somehow guilty of manslaughter. You can't possibly be serious. edited.. I can be serious, and I am.. |
