All tools to get the corporations to do what the government wants, why
is this a problem to you. You really are a quite a bit dim at times.

There are other ways to get corporations to do what the government
wants. Say, pass a law.

You asked for a definition of corporate welfare, here's one: "a program
is considered Corporate Welfare if its public cost outweighs its public
benefits." I believe it's Ralph Nadar's.

I have no problems with corporations doing what they were designed to do,
but an incestuous relationship has developed between corporations and our
politicians. At the heart of it, is campaign finance.
