Just because you fail to plan for your future shouldn't mean I have to
pay for it.
"Entitlements" like these:

Pay attention to where your tax dollars are going. It isn't to the
single mom struggling to raise her kids. How about $1 billion to
Walmart? $12 billion to Microsoft? The list goes on. Before I worry
about people struggling, I'd like to see some severe campaign finance
reform. IMHO, that's the problem.
You idiots, and I use the term idiots purposefully, have got to think
before you demonize corporations.

Corporations provide a place for your retirement funds to grow to
support you when you retire.

Corporations contract with other corporations.

Corporations employ individuals, individuals pay taxes.

Individuals buy things from other corporations, those other corporations
employ individuals who pay taxes.

I am glad that corporations exist.

I am glad that the government encourages corporations, via tax relief or
grants, to grow and expand and employ more individuals.

Corporations are good.

No one is saying they are bad. I am saying corporate welfare is bad.
You state "We need to dump entitlements and make people responsible
for their own wants and needs." What makes corporations different?
If welfare recipients become dependent on the government teat, what
makes corporations different? You think corporate welfare makes
companies leaner and meaner? Your delusional. You think corporate
welfare allows companies to employ more individuals? Your delusional.

What is your definition of corporate welfare?

This will work: money grants, tax breaks, or other special favorable
treatment from governmental entities to corporations.
