So? If elected he will be a far better president than the lying, stupid

Maybe. and I'm not saying he won't but...

I'm not worried. Either Hillary or Barack will spend most of the first
two years trying to undo the damage Bush has done to this country and
the world. I'll be happy for that and the naming of moderate associate
justices to the U.S. Supreme Court (if there are vacancies), plus some
initiatives to help the middle and lower income groups.

With any politican, though. it's easy to promise, but a bit harder to
fulfill.

It looks like the only way Hillary will win the primary is if Billary

well, you knew it was coming....

I really didn't think she had much of a chance when she started.

For me, it was more like hoping. Hilary would have been a disaster. Bill,
a third term in the Whitehouse? At least the democrats has some sense this
time.

------------------------------------

I thought she did for a while, mainly because she has run around the
country promising a government solution or handout to everybody's problems
or interests. Things like promising everybody $5k for every kid born
during her administration is a great way get attention and buy votes.
It's a classic.

That is bankruptcy take. You do know that?

Any free lunches?

I like the rough and tumble of tight primary races and conventions in
which delegates make a difference, and have to vote many times in order to
select a delegate. A good convention is like a microcosm of the House of
Representatives, with the delegates elected by the people back home
working for consensus. It's not the same animal as a caucus.

I like that too. Make them work for it.

Today's conventions are just too antiseptic for my taste.

Better than the last one.

Oh, and despite what the pundits say, I believe Clinton and Obama will be
well-served by fighting for the nomination to the very end. Democrats will
be happy with either candidate.

Obama, hell I would vote for him over Hilary. Hilary is too much with the
wind, left liberal/socialistic go with the wind, say anything to get Bill
back into the Whitehouse. Do we all not remember Bills last days in office?
Are we not recognising the man can't keep his zipper up? I know, the girls
are cute but...

Isn't he a alumni of your college, Yale? Aren't the two of you brothers?

Been a long, long time since you posted anything useful or original
about boats. What sort of boat do you have, and where, generally, do you
boat? Got anything on topic to add here?
