Here's one. Of course it has a mathematical flaw in it, but 99% of
people don't catch it!

I say $1 is equal to 1 cent and can prove it. Bull****?

$1 = 100 cents
$1 = 10 cents x 10 cents
$1 = $1/10 x $1/10
$1 = $0.1 x $0.1
$1 = $.01
$1 = 1 cent.

Idiot.

Maybe, but I at least know a buck is not worth a penny. Maybe $0.53 in
purchasing power.

"Maybe $0.53 in purchasing power"?? That is silly, I still pay a
buck for something marked $1.00.. well, $1.06 if it is taxable..

Around here it is $1.0725 to $1.085 if taxible. Purchasing power based a
couple years ago. When Chuck Steak was $0.43 / lb. Great thing about
inflation. My $50k home model sells for about $1.1mm. Great for me as I
have owned it since it was a $135k house in 1979. But that deflated buck is
what is required to buy it now.

The fact that one teaches math does not make him a mathematician.

Be your own man, Don. Playing the JimH and Harry game does you no good. As
yet you haven't been caught in enough lies to be part of their crowd.
