Seems that Bush 1 had won the office on a promise of tax breaks and when it was explained to him what this would do to the economy, he backed off, knowing the broken promise would cost him his second term. To me, forfeiting a second term for the good of the country says a lot about this man. Is your nickname, "spinmeister"? It should be! Why is it "spin"? Why don't you understand simple concepts? Make a clearer statement about the CONTENT of the message preceding yours, and then maybe there will be a concept to understand.
