The difference is that the Reasoned Extra-Terrestial Driveway
Forecast assumes that when the forecast is wet, reasonable people will
understand that it will naturally be slippery.

Your Average Run-of-The-Mill Extra-Terrestial Driveway Forecast
attracts only dumbasses who need to have that fact explained.

Clearly, you are an Average Run-of-The-Mill Extra-Terrestial
Driveway Forecast type - one of those who can't change the channel
after Jerry Springer because you are too limited intellectually to
understand the base operation involved.
