I lilke herbal teas - in particular when I'm in the middle of an RA
flare - very soothing.

However, I don't use pansy creamers or sugar - honey for a sweetener.

I also like Red Zinger and Peppermint.

Nope, it isn't that everyone wants to use a boat the same way, it is
that anyone who goes out of their way to denigrate someone for using
their boat obviously has some real issues and/or is very jealous of
someone else's life style and succuss.

While many people do think Wayne has a real nice boat, and is someone
who enjoys boating and the cruising lifestyle, have you noticed no one
has said the same about your boat or your lifestyle?

Why don't you fly off somewhere and rent a boat for a hour to two.

You think? Well, then, let me try to refine the last part.

I'm unimpressed by retirees who do nothing but indulge themselves, and
virtually nothing to help others.

I have a retired relative, 75 years old, who takes a 30-day vacation
every year. The rest of the time, he and his wife help build homes for
the homeless, run a soup kitchen in areas that suffer natural disasters,
and help pregnant young girls find suitable alternatives to getting an
abortion. They also help members of their church who are hospitalized
maintain their homes.

My relative and his wife have something meaningful to do. I asked them
once why they give back so much, so much of the time. "We're not so
self-indulgent that all we think of is ourselves and our comforts," he said.

I admire them. Maybe it's their *real* Christian ethic I find so
appealing. :}

I'm unimpressed by retirees who do nothing but indulge themselves, and
virtually nothing to help others.

I have a retired relative, 75 years old, who takes a 30-day vacation every
year. The rest of the time, he and his wife help build homes for the
homeless, run a soup kitchen in areas that suffer natural disasters, and
help pregnant young girls find suitable alternatives to getting an
abortion. They also help members of their church who are hospitalized
maintain their homes.

My relative and his wife have something meaningful to do. I asked them
once why they give back so much, so much of the time. "We're not so
self-indulgent that all we think of is ourselves and our comforts," he
said.

I admire them. Maybe it's their *real* Christian ethic I find so
appealing. :}




I *knew* you knew that.

My personal pet peeve is with those who constantly saturate anybody and
everybody with their own cynical outlook on anything and everything that
isn't within their own POV. It's tiring to listen to and hard not to react
to sometimes, especially when otherwise people like that often have positive
contributions to make or interesting experiences to share.

You've no idea what Wayne, Rich, or anyone else do to help others. It's for
damn sure you don't spend a lot of time 'helping others' unless you've got

I thought you were pro-choice? I get to live my life the way I choose
and you get to live your life the way you choose. Why are you
denigrating people their for the choices they make when they retire?

You seem to have a narrow view of what others should do and if they
