hard case proving damages.
I thought he was Kevin Noble the pot growing structural engineer.

He says he is not, and JohnH who processed his credit card for the
contribution to the "Run for the Boobies" charity race says he is not
Kevin Noble. So no damages were done.

He has a stolen credit card?

Maybe he "borrowed" it. Like Kevin Nobles's email address.
