Meager benefits, eh? Here are the "meager" benefits I offer: Matching Simple IRA pension plan; 5 paid vacation days in years 1 and 2; 10 days starting in year 3; 4 paid holidays; 2 paid sick days; non-HMO health insurance; free dental care for staff and immediate family.
