Super game. *Giants played well, but the Pats are just an unstoppable
football machine.

It sounds like a conspiracy nut theory, but it seemed to me that the
past three weeks that the Pats have been playing just well enough to
win.

I think it's also that their recent opponents have played like there's no
tomorrow, just to be the team that knocked the Pats off. *The Jets gave them
a run that nobody expected and last night the Giants played as if it was the
Super Bowl.

That's true, but they do have a few problems in the secondary - and
most of htem are named Hobbs.

How can NY let Moss loose on the same play he just got loose on. Looked

My impression was that NY gave it all they had for three quarters and
started to run out of gas a little. Losing starting center Shaun
O'Hara to a knee injury was a tough break for the Giant's offense. It
clearly made a difference.

Excuses, excuses.... :)

I didn't think that the Giants would give the Pats a game, but they
sure did and it was a good one.

One of the best games of the year I think.

I'll say this - Lil Bro Eli has to just play football and forget about
his brother and trying to be perfect. The kid has a lot of talent, he
just needs to loosen up a little.

Yes indeed. I'm an old Giants fan from way back and it was good to
see them give a good account of themselves. If they can continue to
play like that, there may be a rematch opportunity coming up.

.Failers (Whalers) fan

LOL! Me too! Since their departure from Hartford, I felt no guilt in
becoming a SJ Sharks fan, since it's where I live. At least I support one
local team. AAMOF, my wife (girlfriend at the time), got us Sharks-Whalers
tix for their last game out here. I proposed to her that night. :-)
