Shrinkwrap Pro's and Con's...help

Faced with $640 worth of storage for four months, I'm giving the shrink
wrap idea some consideration. But, never having had a boat shrink wrapped,
I don't know what the pro's and con's are.

Any help in this area would be appreciated.
