I suppose the link would be a good idea, sorry! http://atlanta.craigslist.org/boa/465785774.html A well known brand name and lots around. (although not so much in my area) The price is very reasonable. With a weight of approx 2500 unloaded and a trailer weight of at least 600 lbs, a vehicle capable of towing 3500 could be maxed out. You may want to join a club with a mooring rather than trailering/rigging this boat. Did the guy say the trailer was custom or homemade? I think I'd pay the $200 or so for a survey before buying.http://www.sailboatowners.com/review...0&brand=Catali... Thanks for the advice. You know... as I think about this, if your wife is the one anxious to sail, I'd run out and buy a sailboat before she changes her mind. ;-) Exactly my thinking! |
