Broken Tanzer 7.5 mast

On a recent sailing trip, the mast of my Tanzer 7.5 was snapped. I
doubt repairing the mast makes any sense so now I'm looking for a
replacement. Would a mast from another boat work? The Tanzer 26, for
example is similar in dimensions.

Thoughts anyone?

Does anyone have a good source nearby New Brunswick, Canada?
